LISTENING MODES

A - LISTENING WITH SPEAKERS or SPEAKERS
This listening mode requires a GLOBAL response. It resonates the bone structure and solicits a larger response from the PHYSICAL BODY. We do not only hear with our ears but with our entire being, including with our subtle bodies.

B - LISTENING WITH HEADSET OR HEADPHONES of good quality
This mode immediately reveals the possible disharmonies resulting from blockages inscribed in different dimensions of your being.
In this mode, your brain and nervous system are immediately stimulated.
This music is a sound mirror that reveals the real state of harmony or disharmony (conscious and unconscious) in which you are currently. Surprising as the perceptions and sensations that you experience may seem to you, listening to multidimensional music is safe.
By performing closed-eye or dark listening, the experience will be even more powerful because your attention will remain focused on your feelings.

C- LISTENING IN MUSIC MODE OF AMBIENCE

1 - IF YOU ARE IN A STRONG STATUS OF STRENGTH or DEPRESSION DEPTH opt for a first time listening in mood music mode, low noise level, before switching to normal listening with speakers as soon as you feel ready.

2 - IF YOU WANT TO REACH A STATE OF ATTENTION, CLARITY or CREATIVITY WITHOUT EFFORT, listen at medium volume, do not fix your attention on the music, go normally to your usual occupations such as writing, reading, painting, study etc.

3 - IF YOU NEED TO RECHARGE IN ENERGY while performing an absorbing or painful intellectual or physical work, prefer listening to average sound level.

4 - IF YOU ARE THERAPIST and DESIRE TO ACCOMPANY YOUR THERAPEUTIC WORK without the vibrations of the music interfering with your own action, set the music to low or medium volume.

5 - DURING YOUR MEDITATION, YOGA, TAI CHI, QI GONG or other energy practices, adjust the volume from medium to low.
